Delivery Policy

We offer free UK delivery on all our website orders using a next business day courier for all orders received before 9AM.

Full tracking information for your order will be sent to you by text message once the order has left our warehouse and it is also available through our website by logging into your account and clicking on my orders.

Please be aware that additional delivery time may be required for addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural locations.

All of our deliveries are made on a best endeavours basis, and we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates.

Puretree will not accept any liability if your order is delivered outside any previously agreed time or date. We are are also not responsible for any consequential losses incurred for late deliveries no matter howsoever caused.

All our deliveries are a kerb side service, if you require assistance lifting your delivery into the property, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss options

Damaged Deliveries

We strive to pack all orders as carefully as possible but in the event of a damaged delivery, it is vital that the courier paperwork is marked as damaged and a photo taken as evidence so that a claim can be submitted to the couriers. The Puretree Carpets sales office should be informed within 24 hours and any photos sent by email.

Any damaged deliveries which are not signed for as damaged cannot be replaced or refunded.
